Help - I do not want my child to find me!!

Question...

When I gave up my child it was for-ever. I have a husband and family that do not know of her existance...I am worried that now the law has been changed, she will make contact and completely mess up my life. What can I do.

Register your details at The Family Records Office and on the BAAF and say that YOU DO NOT WANT CONTACT.
If any other sort of contat is made it will probably be through a third party and worded so that anyone else reading the letter would NOT understand the implications. If this happens respond with a definate NO contact message. Please do this in a nice way as your child will feel great rejection.
